Who should book an E-consult?1. Dedicated pet owners* who wants to improve their understanding of their pet's health condition *This service is only available to pets/owners living in Singapore with a valid Singapore telephone number (+65) *This service is for non-urgent/non-emergency cases only

How To Book A Video Consultation With The Vet?Booking a timeslot with our vet can be done by following these steps 1. Go to "Book E-Consult" 2. Find and select available date and timeslot that is convenient 3. Click on the orange "Next" icon 4. Fill up pet's and owner's details to book an appointment

What Happens After I Book An E-Consult?1. Our team will send you a confirmation message via whatsapp within 24hrs 2. You can send pictures/videos/blood tests results etc related to the case to us and our vet will review it before the E-consult appointment 3. Our veterinarian will video chat with you to discuss and help with your pet's concerns 4. Follow up will be arranged as required *Please note service is only for pets residing in Singapore and non-urgent/non-emergency cases only.
